Dean, I sent this question over to one of our product managers. His first answer (without reading the question or checking this site) was that it was probably the way the SA set it up. After the explanation from me that you are the SA, the next suggestion was to visit our drivers and downloads page (http://www.support.xerox.com/go/prodselect.asp?Xlang=en_US&metrics=HDR) and have you download the driver for the WorkCentre again. In the meantime, I'm also checking with one of our programmers who launched the global print driver to get her advice.
